Group meditation is a very efficient way to be held accountable to your practice. Everyone’s heard by now the benefits of meditation. But in case you have not, here’s the scoop.

Anyone can get a real good understanding of the practice with only a meeting or two with me. Professionally trained in mindfulness and meditation way back in 2003 — essential to treat my Axis II clients in Phoenix, AZ, I’ve since created an artful from of meditation through Spark of Divinity to whomever is willing to gather a group of people together. In the days of more free-time, I gypsie-travelled to art centers and little boutiques to teach what deep peace and inner joy really feel like in the body. It’s quite the experience because I incorporate several modalities including music and intuitive shamanic buffalo drumming. I invite discussion and answer questions. Even the most skeptical have shaken my hand, thanking me profusely for the lesson.

Having spent time with shamans and having been actively trained in shamanic practices, I have a deep respect for Spirit, Nature and Service of the highest good.

My group mediation events are highly-sought-out and are becoming rarely available by schedule (because of the hours I spend coaching and energy work); however, when someone gathers 10 or more people for a 90 minute mediation circle, I will be more than happy to officiate. This I am truly more than happy to do. I have been known to travel. Personal, schools, businesses. Although in-person is incredible, I’ve found that it’s just as impactful online.
